Established in 2007, Hilore India has grown into a garment export house with deep technical command of production across every category we serve. Construction, fit, finish, and the details buyers notice on the third repeat order, not just the first.
How we work
From tech pack to container
Five stages, each with a named owner and a date you can hold us to. No stage starts until the previous one is signed off in writing.

Tech pack & costing
You send artwork, measurements and target price. We return a costed BOM with fabric and trim options.
2–4 days -
02
Sampling
Fit sample, then a pre-production sample in the actual fabric. Revised until you sign it off.
10–14 days -
03
Bulk production
Cutting, stitching, and in-house embroidery. Weekly WIP photos so nothing is a surprise at the end.
30–45 days -

Inline & final QC
Checks during stitching, then 100% pre-shipment inspection against your approved sample. AQL on request.

Docs & dispatch
Cartons, labelling and export documentation prepared to your market's requirements. FOB or CIF.

From witnessing India's transformation from a closed economy to a global manufacturing hub, I've had the privilege of growing alongside this journey. Over the years, I've worked closely with a wide spectrum of brands, each one shaping my perspective and deepening my commitment to quality.
My foundation lies in the technical heart of garment production across kidswear, womenswear, menswear, and everything in between. I've spent decades refining the process from concept to creation, with a deep focus on construction techniques that deliver precision, consistency, and craftsmanship at scale.
